Grammar Tip:
If you leave "from" alone with just numbers and a dash, it gets unbalanced, lonely, and confused.
We lived in Alaska from 1996–1998.
Instead, pair "from" with a second preposition, like "to" or "through":
We lived in Alaska from 1996 to 1998.
Or skip the prepositions altogether:
We spent 1996–1998 in Alaska.
@Kencf618033 I'm not familiar with Lojban. But a quick Google search piques my curiosity. I'll have to look into it further when I have time.
Is there a reason you mention it in response to this particular post?
