I guess next Tuesday will be the start of something new. I was transferred to another team without being asked. I spoke today with my new direct manager and the team's new product manager. They all seem to want to make me feel welcome. That's a good start. I remain optimistic, but vigilant: the devil is in the detail. 1/3 #mood
The strangest thing (or at least the thing that disturbs me the most) is that none of my superiors are talking about it. A team member is leaving and nobody informs the team. I find it so dehumanizing. Of course closest members are aware but still! 2/3
Of course I'm actively looking for a new position as a front-end developer. Recent events have caused me a lot more stress than I'm used to and also razed a lot red flags. Red flags that I usually run off. It's a lot more than I can usually bear! So after a period of loss of motivation, I'm back and ready to take all the technical tests I can! 3/3
@dams This is probably on purpose. Making you (and your coworkers) that they are nothing but boxes that the "grown ups" can move around as they wish.
@remi Yes, you're probably right. So I've got plenty of room to behave like one!
@remi Which is not good news for them.
